Xosize Personal Training was established 5 years ago. We provide personal training and group training from our studio at 223 Tucker Rd McKinnon and our mobile service around the Melbourne metro area. 

XOSIZE Corporate Health Management

Corporate packages are designed depending on the needs of our client. Programs can be packaged from a combination of any of the individual lifestyle programs and group training we offer.

XOSIZE Massage

We have highly qualified massage therapist to provide services in sports, relaxation and corporate massage. You come to us or we can come to you.
